Terms of Service

Ta4a.Net provides private web hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below.

Suspension & Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these terms. A 12-hour window may be given to resolve issues after reactivation. Repeated violations will result in permanent termination.

Prohibited Content
  • Adult Content: Hosting pornography or adult material of any kind is strictly prohibited. Accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
  • Illegal/Harmful Content: Sites promoting hacking, phishing, warez, hate speech, violence, or terrorism are strictly forbidden.
  • Malicious Software: Hosting viruses, malware, shells, or proxies is prohibited. All site files must be located directly within the public_html folder.
Scripts & Applications

The following applications are not allowed to maintain server stability:

  • Proxy scripts, Shell scripts, and IRC Bots.
  • Online gaming scripts and resource-intensive chat scripts (e.g., DJ Chat).
  • File sharing, Torrent trackers, and Peer-to-Peer scripts.
  • Auto-surf, PTC, and Buxto scripts.
  • Nulled Software: Use of unlicensed or nulled scripts (e.g., vBulletin) is prohibited to prevent security vulnerabilities and legal issues.
Resource Usage
  • Users may not use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds.
  • Running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server is prohibited.
  • Running any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers is not allowed.
  • Any account satisfying these criteria may be suspended without prior notice to preserve server performance for other users.
Email & Anti-Spam Policy
  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam.
  • Sending Limit: Accounts are limited to sending 500 emails per hour to prevent IP blacklisting.
  • Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.
Backups & Security
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Ta4a.Net is not responsible for any data loss, however caused.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or malware on your local computer.
  • Infected accounts may be suspended to prevent the spread of malware to other users.
Payments & Refunds
  • 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans only.
  • Non-Refundable: Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and dedicated IP addresses are non-refundable once activated.
  • Late Payments: Accounts with overdue invoices will be suspended after 3 days. Terminated accounts (due to non-payment) may not be recoverable.
Support Policy
  • We provide support for server-related issues. We do not provide support for third-party scripts or software (e.g., debugging your WordPress theme).
  • Abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
  • All support requests must be submitted through our ticket system for security verification.

Ta4a.Net services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for any damages to your business resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
  • Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
  • We reserve the right to send one promotional email every 6 months to our clients.
