Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By signing up and using Ta4a.Net, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below.

Important Notice

Violation of any of the following terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Prohibited Content
  • Adult Content: Hosting pornography or adult material of any kind is strictly prohibited. Accounts will be suspended immediately.
  • Hosting sites that promote hate speech, violence, terrorism, or violate Islamic teachings and ethics is forbidden.
  • Hosting hacking tools, phishing pages, shells, proxies, or malware is strictly prohibited.
  • Installation of heavy online game scripts (e.g., Travian, Tatar) that consume excessive server resources is not allowed.
  • Using the hosting account as a file hosting service or public cloud storage is prohibited.
  • Crypto mining or any resource-intensive computational processes are strictly forbidden.
Payments & Refunds
  • Renewal: All invoices must be paid by the due date. Services will be suspended 3 days after the due date if payment is not received.
  • Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting services only, in case of technical issues from our side that cannot be resolved.
  • Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, licenses, and dedicated support services are non-refundable once activated.
  • No refunds will be issued if the service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Resource Usage Policy

To ensure server stability for all clients on shared hosting:

  • Accounts may not use more than 25% of system resources (CPU or RAM) for longer than 90 seconds.
  • Running background daemons or IRC bots is prohibited.
  • Cron jobs must not run at intervals of less than 15 minutes.
  • If an account exceeds these limits, we may request you to upgrade to a VPS, or temporarily suspend the site to protect the server.
Email & Anti-Spam Policy
  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk email (Spam). Sending spam from our servers is strictly prohibited.
  • The outgoing email limit is 500 emails per hour per hosting account to maintain server IP reputation.
  • Any account causing the server IP to be blacklisted will be suspended immediately.
Scripts & Software Policy

To maintain a secure and stable hosting environment:

  • Nulled Scripts: The use of nulled/cracked scripts (e.g., unauthorized vBulletin) is prohibited as they may cause security breaches or legal issues with data centers. We recommend using licensed or open-source software.
  • Old, resource-heavy chat scripts (e.g., DJ Chat) are not allowed.
Security & Backups

We perform regular server scans to ensure security:

  • If malicious files (e.g., shells) are detected, the site will be suspended until cleaned. Failure to clean may result in termination.
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials. We are not liable for hacks resulting from weak passwords or client negligence.
  • Backups: While we perform disaster recovery backups, the client is responsible for maintaining their own backups of files and databases. We are not liable for any data loss.
Support Policy

We provide free technical support for server, service availability, and control panel issues.

  • Support for third-party scripts (e.g., installing forums, modifying themes, fixing code errors) is a paid service and not covered by free support.
  • Hosting credentials should not be shared with anyone outside the site administration. All communication must be done via the ticket system.
  • Abusive behavior, profanity, or harassment towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Limitation of Liability

Ta4a.net is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Ta4a.net and its employees.

Account Ownership

The account owner is the person listed in our records with the registered email address.

  • We will not negotiate or deal with any third party regarding the account unless officially authorized by the account owner via a support ticket.
  • In case of account suspension, data is kept for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the account may be permanently terminated and data cannot be recovered.
